Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Welcome to Meli Bee Embroidery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made and produced according to the specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including names, dates, sizing, colors, logos, and artwork, is accurate before production begins.

2. Artwork Approval

Customers will be provided with a proof or mockup when applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, placement, and design elements before providing approval. Once approval is received, Meli Bee Embroidery is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before production begins.
• Full payment must be received before orders are shipped or released for pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Unpaid invoices may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

4. Production Times

Production times vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may be affected by material availability, equipment maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Rush Orders

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. While every effort will be made to expedite production, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all items are custom-made, personalized, and produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• An error was made by Meli Bee Embroidery.
• The item received differs from the approved order specifications.
• The item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photographs.

7. Customer-Supplied Items

Customers who provide their own garments or products for embroidery understand and accept the risks associated with embroidery and garment decoration. While every effort is made to prevent damage, Meli Bee Embroidery is not responsible for items damaged due to manufacturing defects, fabric inconsistencies, or issues beyond our control.

8. Digitizing Fees

Digitizing and setup fees are separate from embroidery charges and are non-refundable once the digitizing process has begun or the embroidery file has been created.

9. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Meli Bee Embroidery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers after the order has been shipped.

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, artwork, or designs, the customer confirms they own the rights to use such materials or have obtained proper authorization. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Meli Bee Embroidery harmless from any claims related to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Meli Bee Embroidery's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, approving artwork, submitting payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
