How do I provide personalization details?

When placing your order, you’ll see a personalization box. Please enter the name, age (for birthday shirts), as you’d like them embroidered. Double-check spelling before submitting.

What is the turnaround time?

Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days, plus shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), orders may take a little longer. Rush orders may be available—please contact us before purchasing.

Do you accept bulk or group orders?

What sizes and colors do you offer?

Each listing includes sizes and available color options. If you don’t see the color you’d like, send us a message—we may be able to accommodate.

Can I see a proof before you embroider my order?

For custom logo or specialty designs, we can send a digital proof upon request. Standard name/phrase embroidery does not include a proof, so please ensure details are correct when ordering.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because all items are custom embroidered, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part or a defect in the product. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

How should I care for embroidered items?

We recommend:

• Washing inside out on cold with like colors

• Using a gentle cycle

• Laying flat or hanging to dry

• Avoiding bleach or harsh detergents

This helps your embroidery stay vibrant and long-lasting.
