Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order.
  • Standard production time is typically up to 2 weeks, depending on order size, design complexity, and current workload.
  • Production times do not include shipping transit time.
  • Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Meli Bee Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Meli Bee Embroidery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  4. File a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
